SeeAre team is not an exception to this feeling. We have been persistently adapting to our clients’ and businesses’ needs to support them the best way possible during these very unusual times. During these dire times, everyone needs someone who can help identify black spots, think out of the box, and find ways to come through together.
Inspiration from the above quote of Nelson Mandela and the history of great leaders like Winston Churchill makes us find a way to keep going forward. As Denzel Washington reminded us during his commencement speech, when you fall, at least fall forward and not backwards.

Anyone, whether an individual or an organization across the globe, can benefit from it.
What support do we get?
One 60 minutes coaching or mentoring session per designated individual. Unlimited follow-up via WhatsApp/emails two weeks after the session. One can apply as many times as you need during the Coronavirus crisis.
What will the coaching and/or mentoring be about?
It depends on what your needs are at the moment, like
Revisiting the business strategy of your company or department
Managing remote workers in view of the new set of KPIs
Addressing your team’s morale, mental health, and possibly pandemic fatigue for better performance and staff retention
Redefining the expectations/deliverables as a leader in year 2 of this global crisis
Aligning priorities of stakeholders
Finding alternate solutions for unstable cash-flow situation or to get back to healthy reserves
Deep sense of ongoing uncertainty (personal or professional)
Fear of not being able to deliver up to expectations
Finding a new job in an unfavourable market

We have a wide range of competent coaches and you will be matched with one based on your specific situation. SeeAre and the coach will support you in identifying what can be expected as an outcome for your session, depending on what you choose as a topic.

The objective is to create a Circular Support System where all parties benefit. We are committed to finding the most suitable coach for the situation you are facing. Each case will be assessed individually to ensure that the support system is truly circular and provides the best possible outcome FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED.
How will the session be conducted?
It will be an online Zoom session conducted via audio/video conference once the agreed exchange has been settled and paid for (online payment or wire transfer).
