Marine PESRET-THOMPSON

As a former conflict resolution lawyer with leading international law firms, Marine spent over a decade focusing on complex international commercial disputes in France, the UK, the US and Singapore.

Dealing with multi-industry teams in international environments not only bolstered her analytical skills, it also reinforced her ability to facilitate discussions and bridge cultural and personalities differences. 

Marine retrained as a mediator in 2016 and in parallel became an in-house counsel before joining a dispute management consultancy firm in Singapore. Marine loves working with individuals and organisations to advance their negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. Hence, her training as a coach in 2021 was for her a natural next step.

Be it in private or with her clients, Marine enjoys supporting and empowering people to reach their goal. She remains to this day a mediator with both Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) and Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC).
