Magali ZUBER

Magali knows what it's like to sit in the executive chair and face decisions that no one else can make for you. With 25+ years of corporate leadership experience, including 10 years as an Executive Committee member at AXA Luxembourg (Head of Marketing, Distribution & Customer Service) and Chief of Staff to the CEO of AXA France : she has lived the pressure, the isolation, and the unspoken codes of C-level leadership firsthand.

This experience is what led her to coaching. After completing a Master's in Executive Coaching (Cergy Paris University) and earning both ICF certification and EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation, she made it her mission to offer senior executives and leadership teams the kind of support she knows makes the difference: strategic, pragmatic, and fiercely committed.

Magali primarily works with C-suite and senior executives and Executive Committee members across financial services, public institutions, research, industry, and media & telecommunications. She specialises in leadership and professional transitions, executive presence, complex stakeholder dynamics, and team alignment at the top. 

Her clients value her ability to reveal what remains unspoken, defuse tension without minimising the stakes, and re-energise leaders who have lost the pleasure of leading, be it their private or professional aspirations.
