Luke understands the paradox of the corporate ladder: achieving high-level success without the accompanying fulfillment. After a career-defining promotion in the life insurance industry to oversee the entire East Malaysia region, Luke chose to pivot toward his true passion—driving human impact through coaching and training.

Since 2010, he has delivered leadership and communication programs across nine countries for top-tier corporate clients in the energy, financial, manufacturing, consulting and technology sectors.

Luke is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and holds the distinction of being East Malaysia’s first Accredited NLP Trainer by the Association for NLP (ANLP)—a title he held uniquely in Malaysia since 2021.

His niche lies at the intersection of EQ, mental well-being, and leadership excellence. By helping individuals clarify their purpose and goals, Luke enables them to unlock significant productivity gains. Guided by the motto "real transformation begins from within," Luke designs programs that trigger the "A-ha" moments necessary for lasting breakthroughs.
