Luke BONG

Luke is familiar with the nagging feeling of climbing the corporate ladder and not yet feeling the expected joy attached to it. The day Luke received a phone call from his CEO informing him about the promotion to oversee the business of the entire East Malaysia region, he decided to listen to himself and opted to pursue his passion for impact through coaching and training.

Since 2010, he has been providing his services in the area of leadership and communication across 9 countries, including to top tear corporate clients.

Luke is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and he also became East Malaysia’s first Accredited NLP Trainer by the Association for NLP (ANLP). As of 2021, he is the only person who holds this title in Malaysia.

​

Besides his expertise in NLP, Luke has created programs, which have helped thousands of individuals overcome their emotional blockage and increase their productivity. Associating EQ skills, mental well-being and performance became Luke's niche. 

​

His motto is "real transformation begins from within" and this is how he conducts his coaching and leadership development programs. His aim is to get people to experience A-ha moments that lead to real breakthroughs.
