Kathi HIBBS

A true global nomad, Kathi spent over four decades traversing the world before settling in the hills southeast of Rome, where she balances her work with parenting twin daughters and the annual harvest of over 70 olive plants. Having lived and worked in 9 countries on 4 continents, Kathi calls on her experience to help clients succeed in cross-cultural and international transitions. 

Kathi has over 25+ years of experience leading talent management, leadership development, and business process improvement with major multinational organizations including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Cummins Inc., Eaton Corporation, and Honeywell International. In addition to her ICF certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she is certified and experienced in interpreting and applying assessments including Hogan, DiSC, Saville Wave, and DDI’s Leader3 Ready Executive assessment. Kathi holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a trained Lean Expert.

Kathi specialises in helping clients around the world recognise the opportunities in change, challenge, and transition. She has coached individuals at all levels – from individual contributors to CEOs, and teams – from production operators to C-suite leaders driving multi-billion-dollar strategic plans. Clients appreciate that Kathi guides them through a process of clarifying their goals and taking tangible actions that truly impact their work and lives.
