Carina Rogerio is the Founder and CEO of SeeAre. With over 15 years of experience, Carina has worked with global organisations such as McKinsey, EY, Adobe, Johnson & Johnson, and Merck, helping them achieve sustainable growth and behavioural transformation. Her career began in law, where she went from junior associate to partner status at an international law firm in under five years. In 2017, she founded SeeAre to empower leaders and organisations to navigate complexity and drive meaningful change. A certified coach (ICF) and accredited mediator (SIMI, SMC), Carina blends deep expertise in human dynamics with strategic business acumen, making her a trusted advisor to multinational corporations and startups alike. She is also regularly a visiting lecturer at prestigious institutions such as the Sorbonne Assas International Law School and Singapore Management University (SMU), where she shares insights on leadership, multicultural environments, and the intersection of AI and law.
