SINGAPORE - [ Workshop ] Feedback & Leadership: work two targets in one shot

As managers and leaders, time is of essence.

Imagine taking 3 hours of your time to hone your feedback skills and game up your leadership.

During these 3 hours, you will:

- get a deeper understanding on the link between feedback and leadership styles,

- be given tools to improve the quality of your feedback,

- choose differently on which leadership style to use in different circumstances,

- have on the spot opportunities to practice your feedback skills.

This workshop is for:

• executives: to communicate and work in a more efficient way with peers, colleagues and/or external teams,
• junior managers: to have a framework to follow in the way they provide feedback,
• senior managers: to expand their range in how to handle different types of generations and personalities,
• leaders and entrepreneurs: to profile their core reporting teams to better support them through efficient feedback.

About the trainer:

Carina ROGERIO is an accredited coach and mediator, as well as a visiting lecturer at the University Sorbonne-Assas International Law School. She managed to jump from junior associate to partner level in an international law firm in less than 5 years. Carina made it part of her professional journey to pass forward, encompass the thirst for lifelong learning and the thrill of challenging the existing for the pursuit of betterment in all that is. She is an advocate of nourishing a curious mind.

- Is there a dress code?

The dress code is business casual.

- Will any food or beverage be served during the workshop?

Water and light snacks will be available. Food is not allowed in the training room. You may consider having a light dinner before workshop starts. There are eateries in and around the building.

- Do I have to prepare any materials for the workshop?

We will provide stationery and writing materials as necessary.

- Am I able to refund my ticket?

All sale of our tickets is non-refundable but it can be transferred to another person.
