After 15 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience and Sales, Mary decided to explore the realms of Employee Experience to mirror it to the field of Customer Experience in order to achieve greater performance. Due to past functions, she has extensive knowledge in hospitality and distribution of office supplies, both from B2C and B2B segments.
For the last 10 years, she headed Senior Regional roles in the Middle-East and in Asia-Pacific in which we was in charge of designing marketing strategy and transformation, implementing execution plans to achieve top line objectives, structuring teams, and developing partnership with sales department. Mary also has an in-depth understand of sustainability topics, of which she is an advocate. In that capacity, she has worked on Green office and Green teams implementation in her past roles.
She is passionate about sport, water colour painting and her home island : the Reunion Island.
