After 15 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience and Sales, Mary decided to explore the realms of Employee Experience to mirror it to the field of Customer Experience in order to achieve greater performance. Due to past functions, she has extensive knowledge in hospitality and distribution of office supplies, both from B2C and B2B segments.
For the last 10 years, she headed Senior Regional roles in the Middle-East and in Asia-Pacific in which she was in charge of designing marketing strategy and transformation, implementing execution plans to achieve top line objectives, structuring teams, and developing partnership with sales department. Mary also has an in-depth understanding of sustainability topics, of which she is an advocate. In that capacity, she led Green office and Green teams implementation in her past roles, at regional and local levels.
Passionate about emotions and their impact on self, she decided to join the INSEAD Executive Master in Change (EMC) to learn more about it. As an EMC candidate, she is diving deep into psychodynamics and change dynamics, meaning delving into the complexities of human behavior, motivations, and emotions within the context of organizational change. She is bringing these new competences into transformational initiatives within organizations and more particularly when it comes to advocating employee experience and sustainability within the workplace.
Mary is based in Singapore where she has been living for 8 years. Prior to Singapore, she has been in Dubai for 4 years. She carries with her a strong international sense, as she was born in La Reunion, a French overseas territory, within a mixed family heritage of French, Creole and Chinese traditions.
She is passionate about sport (tennis, triathlon, pilates, rugby), water colour painting and her home island: the Reunion Island.
