Virginie started with a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering but quickly realised she was mostly interested in people’s development, behaviours and interactions within the organisation. This led her to continue her education first with a Master Degree in HR & Organisation and lastly in Executive and Leadership Coaching.
She has 20 years of experience in leading teams involved in change management and organisational development projects, be it in MNCs or smaller companies. This long experience has given her an easy capability to navigate in executive and corporate settings.
Her clients especially value her ability to make things happen, whatever the complexity or resistance she may encounter.
In her coaching practice, she focuses on creating a safe, non-judgemental and positive environment for her clients to explore and challenge their own beliefs and emotions. She supports them in stepping out of their comfort zone, uncover areas they might not experience on their own and envision a new path.
Her coaching style is quite flexible and she will adjust to what works best for her clients to meet their coaching objectives. As a person, she is a calm, structured, open-minded and authentic.
