Thaïs brings several different experiences into her coaching: her leadership roles within multinational companies, her own journey as an entrepreneur in different countries as well as her background as an athlete.

Whichever the experience, they all had one point in common: bring herself to the next level. This is what she aims to evoke within the people and organisations she works with. 

 

She believes that in everchanging times, a new type of leaders is needed and they are emerging. Her different experiences combined with the tools learned during her post-graduate studies in Leadership (INSEAD) equipped her to support leaders in finding opportunity in the face of great challenge to ultimately elevate their skills and performance habits.

 

Additionally to her role as Account Development Representative at SeeAre and her coaching practice, Thaïs is an Ambassador at the Singapore Chapter of the ICF (International Coach Federation) as well as Chairwoman of the Coaching Program at PrimeTime. She currently holds the ICF Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) Level.

Disruptions and change aren't recent topics for her. By having lived, studied and worked in 8 different countries, thriving in different environments wasn't an option; she acquired strategic adaptation methods. These experiences naturally influence her coaching style, which is exploratory, creative and challenging.
