Ariane brings 20 years of global corporate and training experience into her coaching. She is passionate about helping people navigate pivotal points in their life: moments when they are “stuck”, moments of questioning, stagnation, growth or transition.

 

Like most of us, she went through such pivotal moments herself and has experienced how defining they can be: she was trained as an engineer but made the choice of pursuing a career as a marketer. She then embraced entrepreneurship and became an MBA student to complete her education. More recently she gave up the comfort of working in a big corporation for becoming a Leadership and Business Coach. Through her diverse experience, she understands and empathizes with a wide variety of situations and clients.

Her style is direct and open; she creates action-oriented coaching conversations leading to tangible outcomes session after session.

 

Ariane has coached leaders from a range of backgrounds and industries, including start-ups, SMEs, FMCG, private equity, banking, NGOs or academia. 

 

She is a certified coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute, a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Coach, as well as accredited (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation. She is a certified EverythingDiSC assessor and a trained facilitator.

She has worked and lived in Europe, USA and lastly in Asia, where she has spent more than 10 years now.
